Has the State of Tennessee approved RallyUp for an Online Raffle?
I am then Raffle Chairman for a Non-Profit in Tennessee and we conduct a raffle each year but would like to sell tickets online. Would like to consider RallyUp if we can be assured it’s use is approved for Tennessee.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your question. Each state has its own raffle laws. The states don’t approve the online host, rather the non profit running the raffle needs to be in compliance with the laws in that state. Here is an article that will give you some more information on that.
