High School graduation fundraiser

This year the PTA ran a new fundraiser for high school graduation. We ran an auction where families could bid on front row seats at graduation and special seating at all pre-graduation events. We were raising funds for our athletic department.

The auction was a huge success, so we’ll be doing it annually. Next year, we’re going to add additional seating packages that include snacks and drinks and front row parking as well.

We also sold flowers and gifts using a sale fundraiser. Family and friends of students could purchase things online and pick up the items on the day of graduation. We used our “Supporter Center” on RallyUp to promote the sale and the auction at the same time (with one link)…for several weeks before graduation.
